  I was referred to Lynda Sidoni by a family friend, expressing how Lynda would help her find her deals for flights, with alternate locations and better rates on other dates. So in booking my honeymoon I decided to go with a travel agent, we had a very specific location in mind, Maui, with some flexibility in dates. On Thursday I spoke with Lynda, who was courteous and seemed attentive to my requests. She took my email information and advised me to look for her message. Well I didn't hear from her by Friday afternoon so I send an email with my details again and expected to hear back from Lynda on the following Monday. After monday I didn't hear back from her or received a message so I decided to call again. She was busy and would call me right back... a day later I hadn't received a call back so I was beginning to wonder what was going on, I called Tuesday afternoon, she hadn't got in yet and left another message. Well it has been two weeks and I went with an online agent, I'm not sure I got the best rate but I got better service from an automated mainframe. I would be worried if anything had gone wrong with my trip because I'm sure with this kind of service I would be out of luck.

  My wife and I have been dealing with Walnut Grove staff since they opened. We have always received great service and assistance with selecting our vacation destinations, including recommendations based on their experience and feed back from their customers. I want to especially thank Cathy for her help with planning our recent 1 month trip to Thailand. It was obvious that Cathy had our best interest at heart through out the bookings of air, hotel and transfer bookings. Great job again by Cathy, Sandy and all of the staff!
