  I wandered in the other day and noticed that the full kit of Castelli road cycling gear I bought about a month back had gone clearance, Tony looked up my receipt and it was 31 days ago that I had bought the gear but the price protection policy is 30 days. After speaking with management they approved it anyway and gave me about $80 back which totally made my day!

  The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of great stuff for those who love the outdoors or simply love to travel. Sometimes just by browsing around it will inspire you to try other outdoor activities. When you live in beautiful British Columbia, why wouldn't you explore this great province and it's nature!

  Limited inventory compared to other MEC stores. You can find the major brands, but you won't find some of the accessories for those brands.

  If you want warranty/rock solid guarantee/customer satisfaction don't bother going to this location or deal with the assistant manager (Kathie). Wasted my time going to this location had to drive to North Vancouver Store to have by hiking boots replace. Thanks North Shore for thinking about your customers and sticking with your rock solid guarantee.
