  We had an excellent experience dealing with Sat. He was completely customer service focused and ensured we would 100% happy with the vehicle we purchased and well as our buying experience. He went above and beyond to take the car to my own mechanic for an inspection and had any issues repaired prior to purchase.   Seriously disappointing. Was VERY clear prior to going in what I needed and what i had to trade, was assured a deal could be made. Arrived, went through test drive, only to discover that terms were changed and not close to original deal. Also the honda civic I drove, that had been "pre inspected" had a failing power window motor. Total waste of time and gas.

  Make sure to talk to Steve (Burnaby) or Jeff (Langley), they are very patient and honest and will definitely give you a fair deal if you are looking for a used car.

  If you are looking for a used car without all the usual pressure sales staff this is the place to go. They have been in business for many years and used to have a location on Barnett Hwy many years ago from what I remember.

  We found a used commercial truck we liked on Autotrader and drove down from the Okanogan to view. We liked the truck, and were most pleased that they were willing to forgo the typical dealer theatrics of “offer/counter” offer and supplied us with a fair bottom line price. Bob and Taylor were accommodating pleasant and “normal”. As someone that despises the typical manic hard-sell BS from so many dealerships (we decided to keep running an older car after being so nauseated by the vacuous theatrics and hidden fees in car shopping elsewhere) We will definitely return to Milani Norman and would definitely recommend.
