    your website is not working. this city center needs more beautification like landscaping and tree lines esp. industrial sidewalks, less vibrant and dull. city hall is nice and new but surrounding areas is old & stinks. major banks is not accessible.homelessness is rampant. comparing to walnut grove which is langley and has small community around the cinema but its neat & clean pays same taxes too!
