    Not only are the instructors incredibly knowledgeable and motivating but they are super friendly too! I always get an incredible workout here and the variety of classes is awesome. It is such a supportive group of women and enjoy every minute of my time here!

    My wife goes here and she's really enjoying it. She's able to attend because they offer childcare which is absolutely fantastic. I'm writing my own review because I'm very impressed with their service and how they treat everyone like family.

    I'm not even done with the 7 day trial for the classes and I'm loving it! My kind of gym :) Very community oriented and I felt my abs and calves working right away especially with that Barre class! Already joined the gym and signing up for the next classes! Thanks :)
