  Love that the prices are reasonable and the products are fully stocked when needed. Customer service is nice and most employees are well educated about their specific roles. Definitely recommend it to many of my friends and family!

  Floor staff can be only sometimes helpful. Some of the staff are slow to respond. Don't hurt yourself there because first aid is very slow to respond. They actually got mad at me for a 4x4 with staples falling on my hand while sorting through the selection and the beam cutting me. They called me back once when I was unable to respond and never tried to get a hold of me later when I said would be a better time. Flooring is overpriced. Limited selection of curtains. They sell lights but don't recycle bulbs. I knew some of the previous management there and they left for good reasons. Store doesn't care about people. Just your money. Ok to go to if you are desperate.

  Don't not go to the paint department they are completely incompetent. I showed a picture of the the paint I needed which was mat and she gave me high gloss which she told me with attitude that it was the right paint she was giving me. We painted half the basement only to find out it was high gloss. DONT TRUST ANYONE IN PAINT

  One of worst customer service we experienced from this Langley Home Depot. We ordered washer/dryer in the end of December 2017. They came by January 2018 and one by one they said we have buy this and that. And the fixing guys went back without installing. We waited until January 15, to fix it. Really a worst customer service. Even I don't like to give one star to them.
