  I've been using Excel for many years now, for maintenance and repairs on my jewellery. After sending my wedding ring in recently for a major repair/upgrade, it came back looking brand new. Trustworthy and talented jeweller!

  I would totally recommend Excel jewellers, it is my one stop jewellery shop. They have a goldsmith on site so the work I’ve had done on some of my rings has been quick. I have sold gold for cash. Plus I’ve sold a ring on consignment which allowed me to upgrade my solitaire ring. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

  Kathy was awesome. She was quick and very helpful. She even cleaned the watch I got some links taken out of. She has such a pleasant personality. :)

  We dealt with Kathy and the owner Jane at the guildford location while shopping for an engagement ring! My fiancée and I felt totally comfortable and after experiencing a high pressure sales environment at another jewelry store previously, it was such a relief to deal with such confident, knowledgeable and empathetic people at excel! We felt they really listened to our feedback about what we were looking for and helped us make an educated selection out of their diamonds and worked with us to have a custom band made! I am so excited to have my ring and it is exactly how I imagined it!! Thank you Thom, Jane and Kathy!!
